Flow for UPI Mandate Creation .

On Calling the UPI Create Mandate API , the VPA user will get a request on vpa handle app . On Approving the created request , the created mandate will get Active and the amount will be Auto debited from the vpa linked banked account on the mentioned dates .

User will get a notification before 24Hrs of every debit (mandate execution). And notification is not mandatory for the first debit(mandate execution).

NOTE: For the frequency 'AS' , merchants has to call the send notification API and send a notification prior 24 hours before to the debit .

NOTE: As of now , the UPI mandate API will only works with BHIM and Paytm
